The Diamond Sutra, Seven-Point Mind Training and The Three Principal Paths commentary by His Holiness the Dalai Lama: On 15th October 2009 at the request of Taiwanese devotees His Holiness gives these three teachings at the Main Temple in Dharamsala (available in English alternating Tibetan and Chinese alternating Tibetan).

The Fivefold Mahamudra Practice by His Holiness Gyalwa Karmapa: Three day teaching held on 19-21 December 2007 during the 2007 Annual Kagyu Monlam Chenmo at Bodhgaya (available in Tibetan with alternating English and Chinese).

12 Deeds of Buddha by Khenpo Appey Rinpoche: This teaching was given by Khenpo Appey Rinpoche in the summer of 2005 in Kathmandu, Nepal. It explains in detail the 12 deeds of Buddha Shakyamuni from the Mahayana perspective (available in English alternating Tibetan).

Make Your Mind An Ocean by Lama Yeshe: This talk is a collection of lectures given at universities, a hospital, and a public forum. It underscores the difference between Western and Buddhist concepts of mental health. This is an excerpt of the Chapter 4 from the book "Make Your Mind An Ocean". Available in English.

THE FOUR NOBLE TRUTHS

The Four Noble Truths by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, is a teaching given at the Main Temple in Dharamsala in October, 2009 at the request of a group of Southeast Asian Buddhists. In this teaching he presents a comprehensive yet easy to understand explanation of this most fundamental Buddhist teaching.

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this teaching provides essential guidance on one's path towards the Buddhist soteriological goal of enlightenment. His Holiness the Dalai Lama Coming To Australia

"Finding Purpose in Life" is a talk overflowing with great wisdom and practical advice as well as warmth and laughter as His Holiness shares some of his personal experiences with great humour. His Holiness touches on an extensive array of topics from family wellbeing and successful marriages to global over population and climate change. His Holiness even suggests world leaders go on a family holiday together as a means of developing mutual trust and a more peaceful friendlier world!
